The Simpson Child Restraint Car Seat is a 5-point harness system that meets or exceed all applicable motor vehicle safety standards.
The car seat is secured with the vehicle seat belt threaded thru the back of the car seat while the child is secured by a 5-point harness system. This foward facing 5-point harness system is designed for children 20-40 lbs. As your child grows to reach 30-100 lbs, you can use this seat with your vehicle's combination lap and shoulder belt. The seat elevates your child so the shoulder belt can be positioned comfortably and securely.
The Simpson Child Restraint Seat comes with a 5-point harness with a simple one pull adjustment for a snug fit that is also removeable for seat use with combination of vehicle lap and shoulder belt. The convenient 2-piece quick release harness tie saves time and it has a beltway routing system and is latch equipped for easy installation. It also features 3 shoulder harness slots to keep up with your growing child.
The Simpson car seat features comfort clips that help position the vehicle's shoulder belt away from the child's neck and the shell is comfort molded for cushion comfort. The extra thick padding in the seat cushion keeps your child comfortable and the deep, wide sides and high back seat supports your child's back and head. These child safety seats have two recline positions and a mesh storage pockets and convenient cup holder to hold snacks and toys while on the run.
