Type B (Removable Lever) Solution

You may need these parts if you are:

connecting a factory shifter to an aluminum Powerglide
installing a rod floor shifter to a Powerglide
converting from a column shifter to floor shifter while retaining your Powerglide

All Powerglides are not built the same. The use of a factory console shifter requires that your transmission be able to accept the lever. Below, we have listed examples and our solutions to either case.
