The Power+Plus Cyclone Manifold is a direct replacement for the stock manifold on 1957-’95 Small Block Chevy non-EGR engines. Includes special adapter bushings to fit ’87-’95 engines. Use the stock Quadra-Jet carb or 500-650 cfm vacuum secondary carburetor. Kit includes adapter plate to permit use of certain square bore style carburetors. Power+Plus Manifolds are cast from steel molds, not from sand molds. Permanent molds provide a tighter grain casting thereby reducing the occurrence of porosity which can mar the polished finish. Additionally, each Power+Plus Manifold is 100% pressure tested for leaks to eliminate installation problems. This is our most popular manifold and is showing up on many performance street machines and street rods.
RPM range is idle to 5500. Availabe in plain or show polished.
NOTES: Manifold includes adaptor bushings to also fit 1987-1995 iron or aluminum heads. Polished intakes have EGR ports with block plates.
Application
This manifold is a stock replacement / street legal part for 302, 327 and 350 V8's with OEM carb; 1966-72 (1973 non-CA) passenger cars, 1966-1983 trucks and suburbans, except stock equipped EGR. Also stock replacement / street legal for 302, 327, and 350 V8's with 1987-1995 heads with OEM 4 bbl carb, except stock equipped EGR.
Note: Manifold includes a square bore carb adaptor as well as adaptor bushings to fit 1987 to 1995 iron or aluminum heads.
Specs
- Intake port is 1.19" x 1.90"
- Measures 4.05" from carb base to bottom
- Use Speedway gasket 344-1204 (Fel-Pro # 1204)

Customers have a mixed response to our product, specifically its machining quality. Some users report issues with improperly machined mounting holes which needed correction for proper bolt torquing. However, the other product parts are deemed satisfactory. Users find the manifold to be of good quality and fits various models, dating back to '55. There were some clearance issues reported with hex head bolts, suggesting allen head bolts might be preferable. While some are surprised about the item being made in China, the strong points lie in its universal fit and competitive pricing.

The mountings holes are not machined so the mounting bolts and center adapters will not fit flat . had to fix this to get them to fit flat so the bolts could be torqued properly. This was a manufacturer flaw and should be corrected. Thank you all other parts seem fine.

I was surprised to see that it was made in China. I purchased this because of its universal fit and cost compared to similar manifolds. I used hex head bolts for installation. Some of the bolt heads cut into the aluminum due to clearance issues. Allen head type may have been better. Read the instructions close and use the recommended gaskets.

let me start with, i ordered a vortech manifold not knowing there was an early and late version. of course i ordered a late for my early. i realized my mistake thursday night and called speedway friday morning after figuring it out. i found this manifold which not only fits my early version but all the way back to 55. cool 55 to 95 now. the very nice lady on the phone took my new order and gave me instructions to return the one i couldnt use. i took the box with the wrong manifold to the ups store immediately and sent it back. my new manifold arrived on monday! the old one didnt get there till tuesday, howd they do that? anyway the credit for the old one was in my acct on tuesday, wow, i like these folks. steveO
