Overall Assessment

Customers appreciate the product for its excellent quality and practicality. The kit allows them to complete multiple projects with just one purchase, which represents fantastic value for money. Users have successfully installed it in various vehicle models, including a '46 Ford coupe, '69 Mach 1, and a '40 Ford, demonstrating the product's versatility. However, some customers had minor issues with solenoid adjustment because of its shorter throw. Despite this, they praised the product as both an efficient replacement and a reliable choice for new installations. The kit was also lauded for its perfect size and vast amount of hardware for confined spaces. The absence of detailed instructions was noted as a disadvantage, but overall customers would repurchase and recommend this kit.

I had an older set of electric door latches but didn't have the wiring diagram. I saw that your kit had the same relays so I took the chance that it was the same kit that I had. It is the same so I can use my older kit and didn't have thethrough it away. So for the price of the new kit I can do twice the projects!! Thank you.

Installed one side today and tested it with a battery charger. It works. Because of the limited travel it may not work with the stock latches but it works fine with my bear jaw latches.

Installed many solenoid kits for shaved handles. More than enough hardware and small enough for confined space. Never liked cable operation, but prefer linkage. Nonetheless it worked great on 69 Mach 1. Customer is thrilled.

if the solenoids did have a 3/4 inch throw like the instructions state, I would have made this kit work fine. BUT the solenoid throw is really only 3/8 inch. makes for adjusting the solenoids to work flawlesslt VERY difficult. If they get flakey will have to replace solenoids with one that gives 3/4 inch throw.
