LockNLube LNL351 Professional Grease Gun, Lever Grip

The heavy-duty, Professional Series Lever Grease Gun from LockNLube takes performance to a new level. It delivers more grease per stroke, more pressure, and more convenience than any lever gun in the world.

Our design incorporates a pressure return system that eliminates pressure locks by returning back pressure to the grease gun with no mess. The machined zinc head, brushed steel barrel and heavy-duty handle will stand up to years of hard work.

• If a clogged grease fitting creates back pressure in the system, hyperextend the lever arm to engage the pressure return system.

LOOP And LOCK

• Combo port serves as an air bleeder and storage Zerk for the coupler when not in use. The active Zerk allows grease to be pumped through the system and back into the cartridge.
• This makes for a clean and easy way to return the lever to it's resting position without wasting grease.

FOLLOWER ROD LOCKING TAB

• A locking tab on the follower just above the T-Pull allows you to store the follower rod in a fully inserted and locked position. This reduces mess and frustration from a follower mechanism that may otherwise slide out or "droop" when stored or used vertically.
• To replace grease cartridge, twist T-Pull and pull gently until the follower rod extends. To lock back in place, push up gently while twisting until the tab aligns with the opening and clicks into the barrel.

LockNLube GB17 Grease Buster Clogged Fitting Removal Tool

Open up clogged grease fittings with the original Grease Buster ®. Simply fill with a solvent and tap the piston with a hammer. The updated design includes a textured grip and two o-rings. Manufactured by LockNLube in the USA.

The Original Grease Buster® is the most rugged version of his products.

The Grease Buster's piston, included with the product, is hollow and should be filled with a liquid (not aerosol) penetrating oil. Seat the piston in the Grease Buster, attach the coupler to your Zerk fitting, and tap the piston with a hammer. This forces the penetrating oil into the fitting and loosens it for regular greasing.

PROPER USE

The Grease Buster is the answer to a problem that many people have lived with for a long time. Plugged-up grease fittings and bearings are a problem common in machinery. One greases a machine and the grease can dry out before the machine is used again. The tool consists of a heavy-duty adjustable hydraulic coupler, cylinder, and a piston with a knob.

Instructions: Remove the piston. Fill the cylinder by pouring in penetrating oil. Start the piston back into the cylinder. Place the tool onto the grease fitting and by tapping the piston, forcing the solvent into the fitting and or bearing. The key work is TAP. Using a lightweight hammer and small, rapid taps, work the penetrating oil into the fitting. You're trying to dissolve the clog, not blast it out of the way. Repeat if necessary.
