Made of durable stainless steel, these tight-fit headers feature a heavy duty 3/8" flange. Includes gaskets and reducers. 1-5/8" primary tubes and 2-1/2" collector. RHS Vortec S/B Chevy.
THESE HEADERS HAVE A DESIGN FLAW THAT LOCATES THE PRIMARY TUBES TOO CLOSE
TO THE SPARK PLUGS ON *MOST* HEADS. THESE WERE TESTED ON SEVERAL HEADS
WE STOCK, AND WERE FOUND TO ONLY FIT THE RHS 59012410 HEAD. THESE
HEADERS MAY ALSO REQUIRE THE ELONGATION OF THE BOLT HOLES IN THE HEADER
FLANGES FOR PROPER FITMENT, AND THE FLANGES MAY NEED TO BE SURFACED AS
SOME FLANGES IN THIS HEADER SHIPMENT WERE NOT FLAT WHICH MAY CAUSE
EXHAUST LEAKS. LASTLY, THESE HEADERS CONTAIN REDUCERS, FLANGE AND COLLECTOR
GASKETS, BUT DO NOT INCLUDE HARDWARE.
