The superior quality of a DeWitts® radiator begins with a manufacturing process that is controlled 100% in house. Every core is assembled and brazed in Howell, MI to ensure excellence throughout the entire build. DeWitts® is the only USA aftermarket radiator company to own an aluminum Nocolok® brazing furnace which allows for production of a superior, epoxy free, aluminum core. DeWitts® radiators are assembled with press formed end tanks which eliminate fabrication seams and potential leak points of common box tanks while providing an original equipment look for your classic car. In most cases, DeWitts® double row radiators provide a 30% increase in heat rejection. Adding an electric fan will boost that number an additional 10%. If you’re still not sure that’s enough, HP models are available with 1 1/4" tubes and offer approximately another 10% cooling capacity. Every DeWitts® Aluminum radiator is designed to fit the listed application without any modifications to your car and is available in your choice of a natural, Black Ice™ or polished finish. Select combos are also available with chrome fans.
All DeWitts® aluminum radiators can also be configured for your LS engine upgrade. The inlet and outlet connections are designed to match the new engine, and include an electric fan mounted directly to the radiator and. A small connection is also added for a steam line.
This radiator is a Direct Fit® for this vehicle when equipped with an LS engine and automatic transmission. Inlet and outlet are on the passenger side. Features factory type press formed end tanks, dual row core, and serpentine fins and provides 30% more cooling than the stock copper unit at half the weight. Features dual 11" Spal fans with 2780 CFM. It is epoxy free and will fit into the stock core support. Radiator comes with 2 rows of 1" tubes, dual fans, billet DeWitt's cap, temp sensor in the radiator, stem line, relays, and wiring.Also includes 4 plate aluminum transmission cooler with 3/8" NPT port threads and Jiffy-Tite quick connect fittings. Aluminum plate style coolers will offer twice the cooling of the OE Copper style coolers. Cooler is located on the Passenger side. DeWitt's is the only manufacture that can integrate an internal dual flow cooler.
