This is replacement size and should accept your upgrade and the condenser should mount to the side straps of the radiator. You may want to consider the “Z” series for more efficient cooling. If you have a universal or other than stock dimensioned radiator then direct may fit may take some work.

Do you carry walkers 2" shorter version of the 34 ford radiator? Thier part number is Z-498-1CMC. I modified my 34 tudor with a model A cross member to make the car sit lower in the front so I need a shorter radiator to clear the now almost flat cross member. Im not running AC and my motor is not stock (about 375 hp).

The most important thing in cooling is having the proper fan/shroud combination along with tune-up on engine. The Cobra series Walker radiators should cool your engine just fine. We also offer a Griffin, part #91734233 or a AFCO part #10680146. Any of these will work in your application.

The ’34 Ford pickup uses the same radiator as the ’34 Ford car. Depending on anything other than a stock small block engine we recommend the “Z” series for sufficient cooling for the big blocks or hot rod engines used by many street rod enthusiasts.

I was wondering what the height, length, and width of this item is. Thank you.

This part number is for a Walker radiator with upper hose outlet centered in the tank and lower hose outlet on drivers side. It is a Cobra series and for a big block application we definitely would recommend the “Z” series to satisfy the cooling needs under part number 820BZ4981. We also offer Griffin aluminum radiators for the same application under part number 91734225 or Afco aluminum radiators under part number 10680146FN and if needed with a 1 suffix for an automatic transmission cooler. Both aluminum options would have the same inlet/outlet configuration.

Maximize your radiators' effectiveness with a tight-fitting fan shroud. Use of these shrouds has produced temperature drops of up to 30 degrees!

Walker shrouds are vacuum formed from a very dense polyethylene. This high-impact, heat resistant material has a lightly textured, semigloss black finish. The cooling fan hole is not cut out so the installer can tailor that to the exact fan location and diameter.
