These upper rear shock brackets mount coil over shocks to your frame or crossmember. Perfect for use with Model A frames. Mount is set up for a 5/8" bolt.
After more than fifty years of use, the original upper shock mounts on the front of your vintage Ford pickup are likely worn out, damaged or missing.These forged steel upper shock mounts are reproductions of those used on 1948-1952 Ford F1 trucks, but are also adaptable to other beam-axle trucks from the 1940's and 1950's.
These headlight and shock mounts were designed for our T-buckets, but they can be used for a variety of projects. Can be easily bolted onto the outside edge of your frame rail. These stainless steel upper front shock mounts measure 4" from the top bolt hole to the centerline of the stud. Mounting bolts are spaced at 2-5/16" on center.Shocks bushing and stainless steel hardware is included.
These upper shock mounts are 10-1/2" from the bottom edge to the centerline of the shock hole. The shock hole is tapered from both directions and will either require our 535-AK35 shock stud kit, or be drilled out to 5/8".
