The strut type use two equal length tubes and the offset have tubes that are different length on the front vs. rear tube. You will need the offset version for a 2001 Harris.

Sorry I do not offer a cross shaft that will bolt to any stock GM frame. Both cross shafts that I offer are 6" center to center bolt spacing and will require aftermarket upper a mounts to be welded to the frame.

The adjustable upper control arm balljoint socket has a zero degree angle. It does not have camber built into it.

Yes you can typically use the wider spread DW9 style ball joint collar that this upper control arm uses in place of the DW8 style one. Different tube lengths will be needed.

Sorry we are not certain if these are the proper control arms for your Laser Modified. You will need to take some measurements to determine if these are correct for your car. The control arm length, offset, and cross shaft bolt centers will need to be checked.
