What's in the Box

Left front 10" titanium rotor with left front single piston caliper. Left front brake bracket 3-1/4" mount, 3 rotor mount bolts, 2 pads.

Tech Tip: Take the right rear brake off and put it on the left rear. It works like a tie down shock.

All Ultra Lite brake rotors are ceramic coated and must be beded in correctly. Only use full metallic brake pads!

Ultra Lite Brakes Hot Fluid is an extreme service racing brake fluid. This high temp brake fluid has a 600 degree plus dry boiling point which makes it ideal for severe braking conditions. Hot Fluid is a non-silicone base fluid that will not turn black like most competitive brake fluids. The fluid also has special additives that aid in lubricating and gauling. Guaranteed "O" ring friendly.

Wilwood's specially formulated Hi-Temp 570° Racing Brake Fluid has a minimum 570 degree dry boiling point to withstand the severe heat requirements of automotive racing. Hi-Temp 570's low viscosity allows easy bleeding of your brake system, eliminating aeration of the brake fluid caused by foaming due to excessive pumping of the pedal. 

This high temp brake fluid comes in a convenient 12 ounce container hermetically sealed to guarantee against unwanted absorption of moisture which can drastically lower the fluids boiling point (fluid from larger containers tends to become contaminated with moisture, lowering its boiling point and making it unsuitable for racing applications). 

  • Dry Boiling Point:  573° F
  • Wet Boiling Point:  313° F

Wilwood 290-6209 EXP 600 Plus Racing Brake Fluid, 500 ML Bottle
                        

EXP 600 Plus is a highly refined blend developed for extreme performance under the high heat and extreme pressure of professional motorsports. EXP 600 Plus has been tested to 626° F with a wet boiling point of 417° F. These numbers far exceed any DOT or SAE specifications. 

It is true that racing brake fluids need to have high boiling points. It is also true that fluids need to have low moisture affinity to slow the natural absorption rate of water vapor. But the true test of any high temp brake fluid is how well it resists aeration and compressibility after it has been heated and pressure cycled a few hundred times. The real test is at the track. EXP has been proven to maintain firm pedal feel and quick response, long after others have failed. 

Note: For optimum performance, EXP 600 Plus should not be diluted with any other brake fluids. Add new fluid to a clean system.
