We now have an affordable steel version of our famous hot rod steering column. The 1-3/4" black painted column still has a quick release steel hub that accepts the common 3-bolt Grant steering wheel pattern and uses common 3/4" DD u-joints.15 gauge mild steel.

Wouldn't a tilt column be nice in your 1947-1954 Chevy/GMC pickup? These Ididit columns are a bolt-in job that comes with the column drop and floor mount. The wiring is the standard 3-7/8" GM style and they have the common 1" DD shaft. If you are running a stock steering box you will have to modify the shaft to 3/4" DD and use our couple 446-5249.
