got this cam to run in my hobby stock car fig. it would be the best cam for the 1/2 mile track i race at after reading the good review's about it so i bought it for the new engine i was haveing built even bought break in oil for it at the same time had my block cooked checkd for crack's by a machine shop that does all my block prep for the last 10 years block was line checked and torque bored at .30 over all new came berings all brand new rotating crank,rod,pistions, dbl. roller timimg set everything was all broke in to the came spec. started to race the car at first it was all great car had great power for 1/2 mile track on my 5th race nich with this all new enging BOOM engine went finly took the engine out of car for tear down and the cam had snaped right in half between the 3rd and 4th cam bering takeing out the center of the block crank rods what a waist 5 race's old $3,000 of hard earnd money waisted cause of junk product do not but this week cam not happy at all with speedway period junk junk junk
No, I would not recommend this product.

Great Cam

Ran this cam at a 3/8 mile dirt track and a 1/2 dirt track in a hobby stock with a 600 gear for the half mile and a 666 gear for the 3/8. it had lots of pulling power and I did not run out of cam on the half mile track. we were turning 6900 on the 1/2 mile and I never got out of the power range. I turned 6800 at the 3/8 mile track and was suprised that It did not lag on the restarts I am very happy with this cam

I would buy this product again and again

this is a very good cam i been using this cam in three cars since 1997 we have street/strip cars and they recommend a 3500 stall but i run a 2000 on the street and a 3000 at the track and its perfict i got a 1.58 60ft mk with the 355 and 11.87 best time in the camaro and i run a 11.68 in the nova with a 2000 stall heres a video of the camaro with this cam this cam has the best sound i ever heard for a hydraulic, people think i have a roller cam very radical [@]

Sorry I do not have any known or ballpark vacuum numbers for these cams. Typically if your rules require a specific vacuum rule we suggest a camshaft with a 110 to 114 degree lobe separation angle to boost vacuum. See our vacuum rule cams 282122363, 282122624, 282122684, 282122404.
