Aluminum fan spacers are required for maximum air transfer. Fan should be 2" - 4" from radiator. Spacers available from 1/2" to 2-1/2" thick in 1/4" increments. Complete with bolts. Fits 5/8" shaft.
This safety lock cap for radiators is designed for high pressure, 28-32 lbs. Provision to release pressure, taking the danger away from checking your race high pressure system. High pressure cap raises boiling point of water.

For 1939-1948 Fords big bore gasket set. Includes Big Bore head gaskets. Trimable intake gasket, 1-piece timing cover seal, timing cover gasket, oil pan gasket, rear main seal, copper exhaust gaskets, water pump gaskets and oil pump gaskets. For up to 3-3/8" bore.
Original flathead pistons used four rings, were somewhat round, had questionable wrist pins and locks and were made of cast iron. These pressure-cast aluminum pistons share the four-ring design, but are cam ground and use modern steel wrist pins and real snap rings. They’re a great upgrade when rebuilding your 1939-1953 flathead Ford or Mercury V8 engine.
Sizing based on original 3.188" bore. Fits .060" overbore size and 3.75" stroke crank. Sold as a set of 8.

So you've converted your Flathead-powered rod over to 12 volts and bolted a GM alternator in place. Now it's time to install the belt, but your engine pulley is 5/8" and the alternator is 1/2"!
Don’t worry, Speedway has you covered. This alternator pulley allows the use of a 5/8" wide Flathead-style belt on GM externally regulated, SI and one-wire alternators.

Help dress up your 1949-1953 flathead Ford V8 by replacing that beat-up old oil filler tube with these great-looking chrome versions. Tube is 6-1/4" long and includes a chrome push-on breather cap. This oil fill tube is for Offenhauser 1949-1953 Flathead Ford intake manifolds and only for holes that will accept a tube measuring 1.3695".

Original Flathead water pumps have always suffered from unreliable bronze bushings and carbon seals. They almost always leaked and even Ford manuals warned mechanics not to tighten fan belts too tight. The excess slack allowed belts to slip and lose contact with the generator and water pump pulleys, causing more cooling and power problems.
Speedways completely new water pumps feature severe-duty roller and ball bearings, close tolerances and modular impellers to provide maximum flow and reduce cavitation. They also have modern ceramic seals on a heavy duty 5/8" shaft, making the assembly exceptionally strong and more efficient. All mounting areas are spot faced for improved fit and sealing.
