    There's a lot riding on your springs-literally. Springs are your car's connection to the ground, and their performance is directly related to all other suspension components. Inconsistent, weak springs can cause a multitude of handling problems , and, in some cases, dangerous situations. When it comes to choosing coil springs, there are many alternatives, but if you want the best you can get, the choice is clear: CHOOSE AFCOILS. 

    All AFCOILS carry a lifetime warranty to remain within 2% of the original nominal free height. Choose your rate.

    Speedway Motors is proud to be the first to announce the release of AFCO's newly designed steel body gas shocks. These new shocks have all the sophistication of our deflective disc technology wrapped up in an economical & rule friendly, non-adjustable package. These are sure to be the answer for any racer under constraints to experience gas shocks. 

    The new Steel Body Gas Shocks use a Floating Piston Design. The 23 series comes equipped with a Schrader valve to allow you to quickly vary the shock's gas pressure according to track conditions. They are completely owner rebuildable and serviceable, and are available in straight or split valve codes. Non coil-over compatible.

    These are stock style 1968-74 Nova stamped steel lower control arms that are new reproductions (not junkyard items). A-arm accepts Moog K5103 style press-in ball joints.

    Note: If you are purchasing this to fit onto a '78-'88 GM "metric" chassis for racing purposes and require a passenger side/right front control arm, you should be purchasing # 106-18300R. If you require a driver side/left front control arm, you should be purchasing # 106-18300L.

    If you are purchasing this arm for use in a '68-'72 Nova or '67-'69 Camaro, you will need to purchase the left hand arm for the passenger/right side and the right side arm for the drivers/left side.

    These are stock, reclaimed 1968-72 Chevelle A-Body stamped steel control arms that have been cleaned and have had the ball joint removed. A-arm still has OEM bushings that will need to be replaced.

    Accepts Moog K5103 style press-in ball joints for stock spindle, or Moog K6145 ball joints for other GM spindles.

    AFCO has been in the shock business for over 20 years and has incorporated their technological knowledge into this 10-Series street/strip/track shock.  This 80/20 front shock allows the front to lift and hold under acceleration, which transfers weight to the rear tires and improves traction.

    Whatever your street stock choice, AFCO has the stock mount shock for you.  These 10-Series gas pressure shocks are built with the valving you need for racing, but are assembled in a "stock" configuration body to meet most track rules.  The split-valve shocks offer additional tuning capabilities over the standard valving. 

    Available Split Valves - Part # 1061022 is a "split valve - easy up" shock used on the front to promote weight transfer under acceleration.  This will enhance forward traction.

    AFCO K-Series shocks are built to the highest quality standards and will deliver the control you need to keep your tires planted and your horsepower working for you.
