    These tight-fit headers are designed to be used with standard exhaust port Small Block Chevy heads that have angle spark plugs. Features 1-5/8" primary tubes and 2-1/2" collectors with 2-1/4" outlets. These shorty headers are perfect for tight-fit installations. 

    The block hugger hearders come with bolts, gaskets and reducers. The port openings on the tight fit headers are round and work fine on heads with round or rectangle ports.

    These tight-fit headers are designed to be used with standard exhaust port Small Block Chevy heads that have angle spark plugs.     These shorty headers feature our unique AHC ceramic coating. Armor Hot Coating (AHC) is a heat resistant, ceramic coating applied to the outside of the header. This coating will reflect heat, which helps retain more heat within the header tube while simultaneously speeding up the exhaust flow. Not only will this coating help you make more horsepower, it also keeps your headers rust-free, looking great, and lasting longer (when properly maintained). If you are looking for a show-quality finish for your headers, this is it! Our AHC  ceramic coated headers will withstand exhaust temperatures of up to 1300° F.

    Note: The exhaust port size is square and large enough for most round port heads. It measures 1.375" x 1.375" and should be sufficient for most small block cylinder heads. Variation in location of spark plugs on aftermarket heads makes it impossible to verify that the Tru-Ram® will fit all heads on the market, but it will clear most straight and angle plug heads.

    These S/B Chevy Clipster headers are for 1964-87 GM A*, F* and G-Body cars and fit many street rod applications with uni-body front clip suspensions. Clipster headers use longer primaries than Tight Tucks, yet shorter than full length headers.     These small-block Chevy tight-fit headers are the most universal steel tube shorty headers available. They even fit difficult applications where space is limited. These block hugger headers are a favorite for street rods, as well as many 1950's and 1960's cars and vintage trucks.

    These Speedway headers allow you to keep the exhaust system under your '55-'57 Chevy car. The "3/4-length" design provides more ground clearance than full-length headers, yet makes more power than "shorty" style headers. These chassis headers fit 283-400 S/B Chevy V8s and has 1-5/8" primary tubes with 2-1/2" collectors. These ceramic coated headers provide superior performance and durability.

    • Mid-length design offers maximum ground clearance
    • Designed to work with stock or 605 power steering box
    • Fits cars using an original V-8 pitman arm (some aftermarket arms may cause an interference)
    • Will work with side engine mounts with engine in stock location
    • Fits standard and Vortec-style small-block Chevy heads (not D-port, LT-1 or ZZ-4)
