    These metallic composite racing pads feature a medium-high temp range similar to full metallic, medium-high torque.

    • High friction throughout temperature range, high temperature range
    • Formulation specific for use with Super Alloy rotors
    • Pad thickness: .60"

    Composite Metallic: Application:

    • Narrow Dynalite caliper application
    • Race ONLY compound for specialty alloy rotors such as titanium and light weight steel
    • Sprint cars with titanium rotors, speedway cars with plate steel rotors, and other specialized vehicles where high temperature fade and wear resistance are necessary to offset diminished cooling capacity due to rotor material and configuration

    Composite Metallic: Characteristics:

    • Medium to high friction compound with a steadily increasing torque curve as temperatures rise
    • Good wear and friction properties with high fade resistance for special applications where intermittent high temperature spikes are observed between periods of moderate temperature braking 

    Note: Temperature range and overall friction value are the primary considerations for pad selection. The pads must be capable of maintaining the proper amount of friction for stopping power within the temperatures that will be realized on the track during

    Wilwood Dynalite rear brake kits combine high performance braking, high-tech style, and functional simplicity for rear axle disc brake conversions that require a parking brake. Whether it's a simple conversion from drum brakes, or an upgrade to compliment wheels, tires or suspension equipment, these kits have it all.

    The Billet Dynalite caliper is powerful, compact and super lightweight. Advanced computer engineering keeps this caliper extremely rigid, resulting in incredible brake torque at a bare minimum in weight, starting at 2.66 pounds. Internal fluid crossover eliminates external tubes and the four position, two-piece bleed screws allow for convenient mounting and easy bleeding. The Billet Dynalite uses standard quick change Dynalite pads, deep cup stainless steel pistons and high temperature seals, and has a black anodized finish.     The C1 brake pad compound was designed and developed to meet the braking needs of medium to high temperature racing applications. As brake system temperatures quickly increase and decrease, C1 provides consistent performance while remaining fade resistant.
