                To help keep the cost of this full floating Ford 9 inch rear end down, This Grand National rear end assembly uses reclaimed original housings with new 3" tubes and ends. They have been cleaned and jig-welded to ensure straightness. Everything else is brand new and includes 31 spline axles, hubs, drive plates, 5/8" studs, bearings, seals, rotors and lug nuts.

    Choose 58" or 60" width, centered pinion. Choose 5 on 5" or 5 on 4-3/4" bolt circles.

    This complete Grand National hub kit from Winters has a 5 on 5" bolt pattern and is made from cast 4140 heat treated steel to ensure that it holds up on your car. This hub kit fits 2-1/2" Grand National spindles and includes all needed hardware.

    AFCO Low Friction Ball Joints are designed with 2 ft. lbs. of resistance, the force required to move the stud of the ball joint.  Compare this with standard replacement joints, with as high as 50 ft. lbs. of resistance.  A difference you can feel!

    It is critical to handling that suspension components be as free as possible to move.  Low friction ball joints allow the suspension to give rather than allowing the tire to bounce over rough surfaces.  Low tire pressures magnify the need to minimize friction in the suspension.

    Starlite hubs are available in standard offset for use with Superlite, Dynalite and Narrow Mount Dynalite series fixed mount calipers. The GM offset is available for use with GM style floating mount calipers. A new offset configuration is also available to accommodate the thickness of dynamic rotor mounting plates. Fine threaded 5/8" studs are also an option on the Starlite series.

    These lightweight magnesium hubs reduce rolling resistance by using ball type bearings and oil instead of grease. They are stronger than ever and include drilled studs, seals, bearings, seals and drive flange.  Lug nuts are not included.

    Brake rotor bolt pattern is the standard 8 bolt on 7".

                If your class does not allow a grand national rear end this is your best choice. These housings have new centerless ground 3" tubes installed in reclaimed original Ford 9" housings and have the end and metric brackets jig welded in place. We offer this housing with either centered or 2" offset yoke to the right pinion locations. Works great with Currie cut-to-fit axles. Axles sold separately. Use two 30 inch axles. IMCA Approved.
