    These kits allow you to mount front disc brakes on your 1955-1964 Chevy full-size car (Bel-Air, Biscayne, Impala, 150 Series, 210 Series). Front disc brakes provide a significant improvement in braking performance versus the drum brakes your old Chevy came with. This disc brake kit works with stock, drum brake spindles only - it does not work with 2" drop spindles. Kit will work with 14" wheels intended for disc brake applications, as well as most 15" (or larger) wheels.

    Rotors are 11" diameter with 5 on 4-3/4" bolt pattern and calipers have 7/16"-20 inlets. This kit will increase track width 7/8" per side or 1-3/4" total when installed.

    Front disc brakes provide a significant improvement in braking performance versus the drum brakes your car came with. This complete front disc brake conversion kit fits 1964-72 GM A-Body, 1967-69 GM F-Body and 1968-74 X-Body using your stock disc brake spindles or our new replacement stock height disc brake spindles # 910-34900.

    Kit includes 11" diameter vented brake rotor with 5 on 4-3/4" wheel bolt pattern, '69-'77 GM style calipers (7/16"-20 inlets), caliper brackets, brake pads, backing plates, rubber brake lines, and all necessary bearings, seals and hardware for an easy, complete installation onto factory disc brake spindles.

    Note:  Brake kit will not fit our 2" dropped spindles # 910-34906 or stock drum brake spindles. Must be used with stock style disc brake spindles and 15" diameter or larger wheels.

    Kit installs 11" diameter GM mid-size disc brakes on your machined 1949-54 Chevy car spindles, 1941-59 Chevy pickup spindles, or Speedway '49-'54 Chevy-style spindles. Stock spindles will require minor machine work.

    This 1979-up GM Metric front disc brake rotor will work with a Set # 6 inner bearing/race which fits most spindles. 5 on 5" with 5/8" coarse studs installed. 10.5" diameter x 1".  Must be used with 912-TS3 outer bearings for 1982-1987 spindle applications.  IMCA Approved.

    This is a 1979-1981 Metric GM rotor with the bolt pattern changed to 5 on 5". It can be used on 1982-1987 GM metric spindles if the you use our bearing/seal kit 91031048, or use at least the 1979-1981 style outer bearing 912TS3.

    This rotor is designed for dirt track applications and should NOT be used for asphalt racing.

    Fits our 910-34906 and 910-34908 2" dropped spindles. (Will not fit stock spindles.) For 1964-1972 Chevelle/Malibu/GTO/Lemans/442/Cutlass/Skylark GM A-bodies, and 1967-1969 Camaro/Firebird GM F-bodies.

    The brake kit uses the common single piston '78-'88 GM Metric calipers and 10-1/2" vented rotors with a 5 on 4-3/4" bolt pattern. Calipers have 7/16"-20 inlets. Includes rubber brake lines and zinc plated dust caps.

    An economical, lightweight front disc brake conversion kit for 1949-54 Chevy car spindles. This kit uses 9-1/4" Mustang rotors with the easy-to-find '78-'88 GM metric calipers. This basic kit includes caliper brackets and hardware.

    Note: Your spindles must be machined to accept this kit, or you can use Speedway modified reproduction forged spindles 916-32100. This kit will not work with stock 1949-54 steering arms. Not to be installed on stock 1949-54 Chevy vehicle front ends. To be used only on street rod tube or I-beam front axles when using 1949-54 Chevy spindles commonly used on Model T and Model A to 1936 Ford front ends.

    These spindles allow you to easily and affordably convert your stock drum front brakes to the original style GM front disc brakes. These new replacement forged steel disc brake spindles fit GM A-body, F-body and X-body passenger cars. These spindles are stock height, not dropped.

    The primary difference between disc brake spindles and drum brake spindles is the thickness of the upper mount boss. The upper boss is 5/8" thicker on drum brake spindles than on the disc brake spindles. Spindles work well with Speedway disc brake kit 910-31958.

    This disc brake kit will increase the total front track width by 1-3/4" (7/8” per side).

    • Uses 11" rotors and 1969-72 GM calipers (7/16"-20 inlets)
    • May not clear some 14" wheels
    • Bolts onto stock '55-'57 spindles with no machine work
