    If you thought all T-buckets were the same, think again! The all-new Speedway Motors Tribute T breaks the T-bucket mold. It offers the traditional look of classic, competition-influenced roadsters combined with modern components and refined engineering. All this in a comfortable package that's easy to assemble using basic hand tools.

    The Tribute T frame has an extra-high rear kickup and Model A rear crossmember that will accept our medium-arch rear leaf spring. Rear axle options include our bolt-on Winters quick-change kit 7151801, bolt-on 9" Ford rear axle option 7151809, or a Ford-style banjo rear end of your choice (must be a centered-pinion rear axle). The front suspension uses a 4 inch drop I-beam axle, wishbone-style radius rods and traditional steering with a reversed Corvair steering box. All suspension, steering and brake pedal brackets are pre-welded to the frame and you can choose from flathead F

    If you don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a rear disc brake kit and still have to weld the bracket on, we've got you covered. This kit includes bolt-on caliper brackets, 11-1/4" vented rotors, '78-'88 GM metric style calipers, brake pads and hardware.

    • Fits both 5 on 4-1/2" and 5 on 4-3/4" bolt circles
    • For Ford passenger car axles ONLY 
    • Fits axle with maximum flange diameter of 6-1/4" O.D.
    • For 15" and larger wheel applications ONLY

    NOTE: This bolt on brake kit is designed to be used on 8" and 9" housings using 3/8" retaining bolts. If you want to use it on a 9" housing with 1/2" bolts, you will need to use the 3/8" hardware to do so. Fits "old" and "new" style big bearing (3.150" bearing O.D.) Ford housings and with axle offsets of a minimum 2-3/8" to 2-1/2".

Our 100% new self-energizing backing plate assemblies come complete with shoes, wheel cylinders and hardware. Fits either the front or rear of 1937-48 Ford cars or 1937-47 Ford half-ton pickups with original style rear axle.

    These have provisions for an emergency brake cable. These brake assemblies can be used with Buick drums and 1948 Ford hubs, or we also offer new iron 12" x 2" brake drums (910-65400) with 5 on 5-1/2" bolt circle which are impossible to find elsewhere.

    • Wheel Cylinder Inlet:  7/16"-24 IFF
      • To connect an AN 3 hose, use (2) of 910-318-7/16"

Each kit includes premuim Wilwood brake components, spindles, flat steering arms, tie rod assembly and hardware. Hubs are drilled for both 4-1/2" and 4-3/4" bolt patterns.     Our new rear early Ford car hubs are of the 1940 design which was of the slip-over drum configuration. Studs come installed on a 5 on 5-1/2" bolt circle. Rear hubs are keyed for the stock axles and include the bearing race, seal and lock ring. 

    Note: This hub does NOT include a Rear Wheel Bearing (sold separately, 912-68125).

    Cables are designed for use with Lokar Floor Mount & Under Dash Mount Emergency Hand Brakes. Kit comes equipped with quality one-piece aluminum adjusters and aluminum ferrule to eliminate fraying of stainless housing. Outer housing is designed with specially extruded liner for extended life of the cable. Stainless inner cable resists moisture.

    Design allows rear end backing plate fittings to be removed without removing brake cables. Lokar cables also feature adjustable cable lock and clevis. Kit is complete with cable bracket and spacers. Kit includes two 8 foot black outer housings that “U-Cut-to-Fit".

We start with all new casting and install corrosion resistant stainless steel sleeves with new pistons, cups and seals. Each cylinder has two bore sizes just as the originals did.

    Triangulated 4-link rear suspension kit, including a Ford 9" rear end, specifically for the Speedway '32 Ford Boxed Truss frame 916-57050. This kit is a true bolt-in into our '32 Ford frame - no welding required. We suggest QA1 Adjustable rear coilovers 721-485 (at right) with 225 pound springs for this kit.

    • New 56" flange-to-flange Ford 9" housing with attached bracketry
    • New 31-spline high performance induction heat treated forged alloy steel axles
    • 3/4" 4-link bars (choose plain steel or polished stainless)
    • 4-bar rod ends with nylon bushings (polished stainless only)

     

    Triangulated Rear 4-Bar Installation Instructions (PDF) (Note: All axle brackets come welded to the housing - disregard welding requirements in instructions as it has already been completed.)
