    Our lightweight extruded aluminum lowering blocks are stronger than billet!  Available in several heights, all 2-1/2" wide, 5" long.  The centering pin is 9/16".  These blocks will increase or decrease suspension height on most leaf spring applications and can be installed below the leaf spring to raise the vehicle or on top of the leaf spring to lower the vehicle. These lowering blocks allow you to lower your leaf spring vehicle by up to 4 inches.  Heavy Duty U-bolts and hardware are available separately.

    • Lightweight aluminum lowering blocks are stronger than billet
    • 2-1/2" wide
    • 5" long
    • 9/16" centering pin
    • Increase or decrease suspension height on most leaf spring applications
    • Allows you to lower your leaf spring vehicle by up to 4 inches

    Use with original or reproduction Model "T" thru '34 Ford front crossmembers. Includes two stainless steel U-bolts with nuts, one plain steel spacer plate and one plain steel lower bracket.

    Note: Only the bolts are stainless, the clamping plate and leaf spacer are regular steel. Apply an anti-seize compound to ensure that the threads are not damaged upon assembly.

    Use with original or reproduction Model "T" thru '34 Ford front crossmembers. Includes two chrome plated U-bolts with nuts, one plain steel spacer plate and one plain steel lower bracket.

    Note: Only the bolt finish is chrome, the clamping plate and leaf spacer have a plain finish. Threaded items which are chrome plated will have a build-up of chrome in threads. You must run a tap or die over those threads and apply an anti-seize compound or the parts will be damaged upon assembly.

    Anytime you remove a leaf spring U-bolt, you should replace it. Once they have been tightened and stretch, they have lost their strength. These U-bolts are designed to be used with stock 2-1/4" wide rear Ford half-ton multi-leaf springs.

    • 3" center to center mounting
    • 8-5/8" overall length and 8" inside
    • 2-3/8" inside width for 2-1/4" spring

    Bolts have 9/16" rolled threads and include flat washers and nylock nuts.

Replace your 50 year old stock springs with these new, computer-designed leaf springs for a much smoother ride. Springs have reduced load capacity from stock just from the fact that you are lowering your vehicle.
