    This exhaust wrap by Design Engineering, Inc. is made from pulverized lava rock and can stand 1800 degrees directly or 2500 degrees indirectly. Perfect for those extreme conditions and you don't need to use any spray-on coatings with it. Resists abrasion for longer life.

    • Constructed from pulverized lava rock - titanium-like strength and toughness
    • Reduces underhood temps resulting in cooler air intake for improved performance 
    • Able to handle 25% more heat than conventional wrap
    • Capable of handling more heat than any other wrap found in the market today
    • It’s pliable - no need to wet the wrap when wrapping tubing
    • Will not shrink
    • More resistant to temperature/vibration break-down, abrasions, chemical and hot oil spills
    • Very cool carbon fiber look

    Avoid an expensive trip to the muffler shop by using this cut-out hookup kit when installing our electric exhaust cut outs. Some fabrication required but no welding nescessary. Kits are sold as a pair and come with mounting hardware.

    These hook-up kits are made for our electric cut-outs but can be used for other applications.

    • Length of stepped pipe splicing into exhaust = 2.00" each side

                Using this kit makes the hook-up of your exhaust system a snap! The 2-1/2" diameter, 16-gauge, mandrel-bent tubes curve back at a 90° angle and are offset outward to clear the bellhousing and starter. They drop 10-1/2" from the header flange and they extend backward 17-1/2" after the 90 degree bend. 

    Just trim the length, weld on the 3/8" thick collector flange (included, with gaskets) and you're all set! Works great with any tight-fit headers. Header not included.
