    These steering column features a 1-3/4" polished stainless steel tube, real ball bearings for smooth shaft operation and a polished aluminum quick release hub that will accept the common Grant steering wheel 3-bolt pattern. It just doesn't get any cooler than this!

    Uses the common 3/4" DD shaft and U-joints. Not for use with steering wheel centered horn button. The length is measured from where the steering wheel bolts on to where the U-joint goes on.

    Note: If using a 446-4050 ball swivel mount, slight modification to the O.D. of the column end or I.D. of the swivel mount may be necessary due to a .001"-.005” variation between manufacturers.

    AFCO Low Friction Ball Joints are designed with 2 ft. lbs. of resistance, the force required to move the stud of the ball joint.  Compare this with standard replacement joints, with as high as 50 ft. lbs. of resistance.  A difference you can feel!

    It is critical to handling that suspension components be as free as possible to move.  Low friction ball joints allow the suspension to give rather than allowing the tire to bounce over rough surfaces.  Low tire pressures magnify the need to minimize friction in the suspension.

    With their exciting, racy styling, Track T roadsters are some of the most recognizeable hot rods in American automotive history. Designed for nostalgic originality, Speedway’s Track-T Roadster is an economical way to relive that vintage motoring spirit. This kit car turns heads wherever it goes with its beautiful, one-piece 1927 T body, smooth lines and custom track style nose.  The Track-T is designed to use the powertrain from 4-cylinder or V6 powered rear wheel drive vehicles.  In such a small, lightweight car they become mighty spirited performers.

    The 1927 Track-T basic kit includes a 1927 Model T Roadster body with right and left full length side frame covers and custom floor with transmission tunnel.  It also comes with a passenger compartment rear bulkhead divider, street rodder nose, rear roll pan, smooth flat cowl/firewall and front shock mounts.  Headlight mounts, hood top, and aluminum hood sides are also included.     These Speedway Mustang IFS kits for 1937-1948 Chevy passenger cars are natural conversions to improve your vehicle's suspension, handling, and overall performance. The Chevy models have frames and fenders which lend themselves nicely to the Mustang front end conversion, without changing the critical geometry.  Like our Ford kits, Chevy kits do not bumpsteer at all.  Included in these kits are all the special, hard-to-make brackets and mounts you will need to complete the installation, plus illustrated installation instructions.

    These Speedway Mustang IFS kits for 1937-39 Chevy Pickups are natural conversions to improve your vehicle's suspension, handling, and overall performance. The Chevy models have frames and fenders which lend themselves nicely to the Mustang front end conversion, without changing the critical geometry.  Like our Ford kits, Chevy kits do not bumpsteer at all.  Included in these kits are illustrated installation instructions.

    • Mounting points of all control arms match the original Ford design
    • Factory anti-drive built right in
    • 1937-1939 Chevy Pickup frames
    • All Speedway crossmembers come in Deluxe versions (welds ground)
    • Constructed of 7-gauge steel
    • Mustang II cross members using stock spindles will drop the stock ride height 3-4”
    • One-Piece Shock Cups are T.I.G. welded in place and have anti-dive built in.
    • Vertical Inner Uprights.  This is the strongest design available, with twice the weld area.  This will keep your frame from twisting!
    • Crossmember and Spring Towers precut and pre-welded to fit your frame
    • Lower control arm pivot tubes and gussets are NOT included
    • Works with both manual or power rack and pinions
