These Ididit retrofit floor shift steering columns are designed to fit in the factory location and, in many cases, will put the steering wheel back in its original location. They include self-canceling turn signals, 4-way flashers and knobs and handles. The columns are designed for use with aftermarket steering wheels.

                These steering column kits are perfect for finishing off the steering  system in your '23 T-Bucket Kit car.  They come complete with the  steering column, the mount plate that bolts into our new bodies, and the  proper DD intermediate shafts and U-joints.  The steering column features a 1-3/4" polished stainless steel tube, real ball bearings for  smooth shaft operation and a polished aluminum quick release hub that  will accept the common Grant steering wheel 3-bolt pattern. 15 gauge  mild steel. The 3/4" O.D. DD shaft has a 1.00" long "D" design on each  end. Made from 1018 steel, weld-on.

    If you are running our Unisteer rack & pinion, you will need these headers. They allow the steering shaft to pass through on the driver's side and are a shorty style for maximum ground clearance. Features 1-5/8" primaries with a 3" collector.

    • Exhaust Flange Thickness:  0.3760"

    Fits 283-400 S/B Chevy V8s with straight plug heads.

                If you are running our Unisteer rack & pinion, you will need these headers. They allow the steering shaft to pass through on the driver's side and are a shorty style for maximum ground clearance. Features 1-5/8" primaries with a 3" collector.
    • Tubing Thickness:  12 gauge (.103")
    • Header Flange Thickness:  0.30"
    • Exhaust Flange Thickness:  0.3760"
    • Chrome finish

    Fits 283-400 S/B Chevy V8s with straight plug heads.

    This kit allows you to run your original automatic column with a GM 500, 600, or 605 series conversion power steering box. Features an improved shift lever design and added clearance at the firewall

    Includes new tube, shaft, and floor plate. Accepts 3/4" DD rag joint (at right).

    This column is 3 1/2" shorter than stock. The overall housing length from the top of the turn signal housin down to the end of the column housing is 29 1/8".
