    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with SBC 350 to 360 CID with Air Flow Research 180/190 runner heads. Max Power 6000-6200 rpm, Peak Torque 3800. This cam takes advantage of the AFR's Intake to Exhaust flow ratio. This cam maximizes the power of these heads creating a forever-long band of power. To extend power another 200 rpm use 1.6 ratio on both intake and exhaust. 15/8" headers are needed too for this application. We recommend a 2400 stall, a 750CFM carb, and a minimum of 9:1 compression.

    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with BBC 454 to 470 CID with "Old School" OEM 049/781 heads to a max of 5700 RPM, or Brodix Race Rite 270's to 6000 rpm. If you like your neighbors, don't buy this cam. It makes long black marks on the street. Headers with 13/4" tubes & 3" collector recommended. Use minimum of 850 CFM carb. We also recommend either a dual plane intake with notched divider or single plane. Great with power brakes. 800 RPM Idle.

    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with BBC 454 to 470 CID with Air Flow Research 265 or 290 Oval Port heads to max of 6000 rpm. If you have built your teenage dream car and put AFR oval ports on it than there is no doubt this is the cam for you. We recommend a high rise dual plane with the center notched. An 850HP carb would be our choice with a good set of 13/4" headers. Don't worry about gear ratio, it will pull anything you put under it. Great with power brakes. Buy stock in tires. 750 RPM Idle.

    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with BBC 477 to 496 with 4.25" stroke with OEM 188 or 990's ProMaxx or RHS 320s. Max rpm 5800-6200. For those of you that go old school and want to use the legendary GM Square Ports this is your cam. Welcome to the brotherhood of BBC that make 600HP and 600#/ft. on pump gas! This cam will also work with the listed aftermarket aluminum heads. Single plane intake would be your best choice, and you will not sacrifice any torque. Carb of choice is a 950HP 4150. 2" headers are recommended. Be sure to have the car washed because when you pull into cruise night everybody will turn their heads. Will show no mercy on manual transmission. Good with power brakes. 850 Idle RPM

When engines are equipped with a hydraulic lifter, high rpm is limited by the improper position of the internal piston as the lifter inevitably “pumps up”. This improper location results in open valves and therefore leads to lost power or sometimes even engine failure. This cam was designed for 1.6 ratio to be used with the Eddy heads. The increased lifter velocity maximizes the fill rate of these heads on large stroke engines from 3.75 to 4.00". The cam will maximize RAM Effect and fill cylinder for increase VE. Use of 1.750" on engines up to 412CID and 1.875" on engines over 412CID is highly recommended.     High Energy Hydraulic lifters have a patented constant orifice metering valve that precisely meters oil to the rocker arms. Continuous contact between the metering valve and pushrod seat is maintained, eliminating excessive oiling at high engine speeds. The pushrod seat is made of a special powdered metal iron alloy that is heat-treated for strength and wear resistance.

    In addition, High Energy Lifters have a lightweight check valve disc that allows for quicker response, which results in increased engine speed before valve float. This check valve disc also maintains added control at all engine speeds and loads.

    Comp Cams High Energy Hydraulic Lifters also contain a longer piston than conventional hydraulic lifters, which provides more load bearing surface and increases lifter longevity.

    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with SBC 377 to 390 CID with Air Flow Research 190 to 210 heads. Max Power 6200 rpm, Peak torque 3600. This cam is designed for engines using 3.750" stroke with the AFR Heads and their high Intake the Exhaust flow ratio. This cam maximizes the power potential of these heads by taking advantage of the RAM Effect caused by piston velocity at low rpm. Increase header size of 1.750" is highly suggested to take full advantage of the power band of this camshaft.  Adding 1.6 ratio rocker will increase rpm to 6400. We recommend a 3000 stall, an 850CFM carb, and a minimum of 10:1 compression.

    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with BBC 454 to 470 CID with GM Edelbrock Roval Heads to a max of 6000 rpm or ProMaxx 320 runner heads to 6400 rpm. This cam defines American Muscle and brute torque. Headers with 13/4" tubes & 3" collector recommended. Use a minimum of 850 CFM carb with either a dual plane intake with notched divider or single plane. Good with power brakes. ET Street tires are your friend with this cam. 800 RPM Idle.

    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with SBC 350 to 360 CID Vortec 185/205 runner with GM Fast-Burn heads. Max power 6000-6200 rpm Peak Torque 3600-3800. Aggressive idle and throttle response. This cam is for the guy wanting neck-snapping power from stoplight to stop light. 15/8" headers work best but RAM Horn manifolds can be used. A 2400 stall and 750 CFM carb will work the best with this cam. Use with minimum of 9:1 compression.

    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with BBC 477 to 496 with 4.25" stroke with Air Flow Research 290 or 305 heads to a max of 6000 rpm. Welcome to the brotherhood of 625HP on pump gas with over 640#/ft. This cam will produce over 600HP with a single plane and right at 600HP with an air-gap intake. Single plane will make 25 more HP and sacrifice 10#/ft. of torque. Carb of choice is a 950HP 4150. 2" headers are recommended. Be sure you have changed U-joints and upgraded rear gears. Muncie 4 speed, use at your own risk. Ok with power brakes. 900 RPM Idle.

Welcome to the brotherhood of 600HP on pump gas with over 600#/ft. This cam will produce over 600HP with a single plane and right at 600HP with an airgap intake. Single plane will make 25 more HP and sacrifice 10#/ft. of torque. Carb of choice is a 950HP 4150. 17/8" headers are recommended. Do not leave keys in car when oldest child is home alone. Ok with power brakes. 850 RPM Idle.

    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with SBC 330-358 CID with OEM Double (Camel) Hump heads, unported. Max Power for 3.25" Stroke engine at 6500 peak torque 3800. For 3.48" Stroke engines peak power at 6200 and peak torque at 3500. Use of Louis tool and 1.6 ratio will gain you another 200 rpm. Old school sound with new school power. Designed for use with Rams horn manifolds. Cam is designed to retrofit old school engines with modern performance gains.

    These camshaft / lifter kits are perfect for use with SBC 370 to 390 CID Vortec 185/205 runner with GM Fast Burn heads. Max power 5800-6000 rpm, Peak Torque 3200-3600. This cam is for the stroker build using the GM heads. Hot-rodders with 4-speeds or stall speed of 2800 will absolutely annihilate tires with this Woodpecker stick. Must have minimum of 15/8" headers but 1.750" would be best for engine that will see constant rpm blast. Use of a 1.6 on both intake and exhaust will raise power band 200 rpm more. We recommend a 850CFM carb and minimum of 9:1 compression.
