    This is the best flaring tool for the money we have found. It has a ratcheting feed screw with a hardened flaring cone eccentrically mounted in needle bearings which produces a rolling action for even metal flow. This provides uniform wall thickness without galling. It will put a 37 degree flare in 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, ½”, 5/8” and 3/4” tubing. We recommend this tool when flaring 3/16” stainless steel brake line.

    • Provides smooth, uniform flares with minimum effort
    • Ratcheting feed screw handle requires less motion and effort than standard handle
    • Flares steel, stainless steel, hard copper and brass thru wall thickness of .035"

    These 3/16" mild steel "hard" lines bend easily and smoothly with hand tools, already have a double flare on each end, have male fittings threaded 3/8"-24 installed and have a 45° inverted flare.

    Double wall, copper plated steel brake line. High burst strength. Resistant to vibration and fatigue. 3/16" O.D. tubing. Each end flared with 3/8"-24 fitting. Seven different precut lengths available.

    Bleeding a hydraulic system with the stock 97+ GM T56 bleeder isn't something to look forward to.  Crawling under the car and trying to keep brake fluid off new paint is nearly impossible!  This bleeder kit replaces the bleeder screw on your LS1 F-Body, 04-06 Pontiac GTO, or C5 Corvette throwout bearing, and allows you to remotely bleed the system away from the tight quarters of the transmission tunnel.  

    Our lines range from 6-48" allowing you to select the length that will work best for your project. Part number 910-31309 can be used as a bracket to attach the end of the bleeder hose to a firewall or floor pan.

    Fits T-56 throwout bearings off the following applications:

    • 98-02 LS1 F-Body
    • 97-04 C5 Corvette
    • 04-06 Pontiac GTO

    This brake line kit includes a 25 foot roll of 3/16" mild steel brake line, four 18" stainless steel braided -3 AN brake hoses, four brake line mount tabs and clips, two 3/8"-24 inverted flare T-fittings, four 3/8"-24 IFF to -3 AN male adapters, six 3/8"-24 IFF to 1/8" NPT male bracket adapters, and twenty 3/8"-24 inverted flare nuts.

    Note: Needed in addition to this kit will be the adapters to connect the master cylinder to 3/8"-24 inverted flare brake line and the fittings to connect your calipers (or wheel cylinders) to the -3 AN braided lines.

    Our 3/16" stainless steel tubing is made from 304 grade (rated at 6000 psi) which is double annealed to allow easy flaring.

    NOTE: This line is intended to be used in conjunction with 37 degree AN # 3 style fittings which make use of a single flare. Stainless steel line will not work with 45 degree double flare 3/8"-24 flare nuts. We strongly suggest that the 37 degree single flare (flaring tool # 910-89524) be used when flaring this line for the AN # 3 tube nuts and sleeves.

    This brake pressure bleeder makes bleeding brakes a one man job. Fits Wilwood screw type master cylinder caps, many OEM manufacturer's master cylinders, and all other cars with 45mm threaded hydraulic fluid reservoir caps. Works with many Wilwood universal master cylinders, including 260-3372, 260-3374, 260-3376, 260-3378, 260-3380, and 260-5920. Will NOT work with Tilton master cylinders.

    Here's how it works: A tank containing new hydraulic fluid is connected to the fluid reservoir on your vehicle and pressurized with air from a hand pump (pressure gauge ensures that the hydraulic system is not damaged due to excessive pressure). When one of the bleed valves on the vehicle is opened, old hydraulic fluid is expelled as new fluid from the tank is forced into the system.
    • Bleeding has never been easier!
    • No need for a helper to constantly pump the pedal while you open and close the bleed valves
