    These kits include our gasser straight front axle, semi-elliptical springs, spindles, king pins, steering arms, tierod kit, brake kit, and hardware. Choose either 5 on 4-1/2" or 5 on 4-3/4" bolt pattern with standard brake kit or Wilwood brake kit. Standard brake kits use new rotors and GM metric style calipers. Brake lines not included. Shocks not included, but shock mounts are included. Assembly required.

    New, FORGED steel lower shock mount design is stronger than the competition and incorporates a key slot to stop the rotation other brands suffer from. Machining of matching key slot into perch bolts may be required.  Stud for the shock eye mount is 5/8".

    • "Forward mount" design provides increased pull bar angle and forward bit during axle wrap-up and chassis lift over conventional mounting positions centered on axle
    • -8 degree pinion angle allows torque link to be mounted 4" ahead and 12" above axle centerline
    • Forward mounting reduces axle wrap-up from 25-33 percent, which provides consistent corner entry handling during axle wrap-down and improves U-joint life. 
    • Multiple holes for mounting torque link and dampener shock
    • 3/8" holes allow stiffener braces to be added on high horsepower applications
    • Laser cut design fits most rear ends. (Some trimming of brackets may be needed depending on housing configurations)

    If you thought all T-buckets were the same, think again! The all-new Speedway Motors Tribute T breaks the T-bucket mold. It offers the traditional look of classic, competition-influenced roadsters combined with modern components and refined engineering. All this in a comfortable package that's easy to assemble using basic hand tools.

    The Tribute T frame has an extra-high rear kickup and Model A rear crossmember that will accept our medium-arch rear leaf spring. Rear axle options include our bolt-on Winters quick-change kit 7151801, bolt-on 9" Ford rear axle option 7151809, or a Ford-style banjo rear end of your choice (must be a centered-pinion rear axle). The front suspension uses a 4 inch drop I-beam axle, wishbone-style radius rods and traditional steering with a reversed Corvair steering box. All suspension, steering and brake pedal brackets are pre-welded to the frame and you can choose from flathead F

    Bracket fastens on rear axle and mounts coil-overs so that axle wrap tends to load or unload tires closest to clamps.

    • For 3" axle tubes.
    • The drop on this is 5”, that is a measurement from the center of axle housing to the bottom of the shock mount.
    • The shock mount is 1/2” for a standard racing shock eye lit size.
    • The clamp width is 1-3/4”.

    This kit links your rear axle to the Track-T frame mounts using quarter elliptic springs, upper radius rods & a Panhard bar. Quarter elliptic springs not included in kit (sold separately). Builder can cut their own springs from a pair of factory leaves as well. For maximum performance, use Composite Quarter Elliptic Mono-Leaf Springs 974-49934 (sold separately).
