This header is for a spread port exhaust flange bolt pattern where there are angled bolts on each end and 3 bolts around the center ports. The center two exhaust port locations have been moved further away from each other, hence the name "spread port". Generally the port shape is round on this style of cylinder head but not always. If your heads are a true spread port exhaust flange then these headers will work fine for you.
