Returns And Exchanges

Important Information

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days for a refund or an exchange.

All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations. Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the item being returned needs to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge.

Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included.

Items that are returned after 30 days are subject to 15% restocking charge. All fiberglass items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on electrical parts, video tapes, and books unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on special order or closeout merchandise.

Returns FAQ
Why can't I return an item using the Online Returns Process?
Certain items cannot be returned. These items include ORMD or lithium items, books, DVDs, tapes, certain electrical parts, special order or close out merchandise. Please call our Customer Service Team at 800.979.0122 if you have specific questions or needs.

Can I return more than one item at a time?
Certainly. As long as the items you are returning do not exceed 70 lbs or 130 inches dimensionally.

Can I return items from multiple orders?
Yes, but unfortunately you will need to work through the Online Returns Process for each individual order. Or just call our Customer Service Team at 800.979.0122 for assistance.

How will I be billed for my Online Returns shipping label?
Most often, our Returns Department will process your return and factor in your shipping cost when refunding a returned item, or when creating a new invoice for an exchanged item.
