Our 1935-40 Ford frame assembly will replace that rusty original while retaining original mounting points. Just add our hub to hub Mustang II front end kit and rear suspension. Due to the many options, no motor mounts or rear suspension mounts are installed. Can be used as a 1935-40 Ford pick up frame if the two brackets on each side are removed. If you really like the down-in-the-weeds look, this frame is for you. The fabricated frame rails arefullyTIG welded forstrength & safety - no cobbled-up, scary stuff here. If you use 24" tall front tires, you will have 4-1/4" of ground clearance.The rear leaf-sprung ladder barsuspension has three height adjustments, and a30" tire is recommended for the rear. The S/B Chevy engine and TH350 transmission mounts are raised so that theoil pan is even with the bottom of the frame rails. A hanging brake pedal is recommeded for this application.

These '35-'40 Ford rails are laser cut from 11 gauge pickled and oiled steel plate. They are welded on a rail fixture to insure the curvature is correct and then ground and sandedwith 50 grit to prep for finishing.
Speedway's 1934 Ford extended frame rails are 6" longer than stock, which makes them the perfect foundation for our '34 Club Cab Pickup Truck kit. These 11-gauge steel rails are professionally fabricated and show a fine attention to detail with all necessary holes drilled (for body, box, running boards, etc.). Please note that these rails are not a stamped reproduction one-piece version as the stock '34 rails.
We start with a pair of new stamped steel frame rails that are installed in a precision jig to ensure the finished frame is square and true. We then install the tubular center cross member and box the frame with our exclusive boxed truss boxing system in the critical engine bay area. This is a feature not available anywhere else. Made to order. Allow 4-6 weeks.
When using original or reproduction frame rails, be sure to fully box the front section for strength and saftey. Our front boxing plates are designed to box the frame in critical front suspension attachment points and motor mount areas.
