What's in the Box

One thing to never forget - the wiring in your muscle car is forty years old and updating to modern and safe components is easy. These Painless Wiring harnesses feature many pre-wired connections and are color coded to make installation a snap. Instructions included.

This 21 circuit customizable Chevy II/Nova harness has many of the factory connectors already installed on the harness out of the box. Including: the headlight connectors & switch, fuel gauge connnector, dimmer switch, brake switch, heater switch, blower resistor, wiper switch, backup switch, horn, dash light sockets, and warning light sockets. This harness is split into three sections (engine, dome light, & rear) for easy installation and troubleshooting. You'll also find in this kit a harness for the factory air, a high output alternator pigtail with the connector installed, two door jam switches, 12 instrument panel light bulbs, eight harness mounting clamps, a custom Painless mounting plate for the fuse block, and each wire is custom printed with the circuit identification as well as using GM color codes for easy installation.

Painless Wiring 30805 GM Steering Column Pigtail Kit
                        

Steering column pigtail kit lets you use factory-type connectors on your key-switch-equipped GM-style column.

This kit is used to make the connection from the wiring harness to GM and Ididit columns. It can be used to replace damaged or worn plugs. The supplied GM color-coded wires are 12" long, so you'll have plenty of room to splice to your harness.

Painless Wiring 60101 GM Throttle Body Injection Engine Harness
                        The GM Throttle Body Injection system this Painless Performance harness operates is a perfect upgrade for those fed up with their carburetor fueled engine. Complete stand alone harness allows you to install late model GM fuel injected engine and correct computer into almost any chassis. Harness includes all connections for fuel injection operation: ECM, MAP, O2, TPS, ESC, IAC, IAT, CTS, Knock, Injectors, OBD1 w/SES light, VSS and TCC solenoid. 

This standard length harness allows four feet from the back of the intake manifold to where the fuseblock and ECM mount. Perfect for those that plan to mount these components under the dash or in the glove box.

Direct replacement throttle pedal assembly for 1962-67 Nova and Chevy II with rubber insert eliminates the factory rod linkage and is designed to mount in the original firewall location and make use of a modern Lokar throttle cable system.

The arms are splined for fine adjustment and can be switched for right and left adjustment of the throttle pad, which is spring-loaded and measures 2”x5”.

                        Original equipment steering columns are loaded with unsightly brackets,   tabs and switches. These columns are much cleaner in appearance and   eliminate the column-mounted key switch. These non-shift versions   feature a 2" O.D. column tube.
