Where else can you buy aluminum fuel line in the size and length you need? Easy to flare and bend. Save weight and money.

Aluminum fuel line available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" O.D. sizes. Rated to 250 psi. Use our tube nut couplers, sleeves and 37° flaring tool listed as suggestions below to adapt easily to AN fittings. Saves weight and cost.

Available in 10, 20, or 30 foot rolls.

Not recommended for high pressure applications.

 

The main issue when dealing with aluminum tubing (or any aluminum for that matter) is that it “work hardens” when it flexes, which can lead to cracks. It is important that the hard line is isolated from vibration and movement.

Clamp the tubing securely with rubber coated clamps (Adel clamps) and use bulkhead fittings where the tubing attaches to the flex line. Never run the tubing directly to the engine without a flexible hose section. If installed properly, aluminum tubing is safe and durable.

GREAT PRICE

PRODUCT WAS EASY TO BEND AND FLARE, LOOKED GREAT TOO. I STARTED USING STEEL LINE , BUT SMALL SECTIONS TO BEND WERE DIFFICULT. THIS ALUMINUM LINE BENDS GREAT AND WILL LOOK BETTER LONGER. I USED A 37 DEGREE FLARING TOOL AND AN6 FITTINGS FOR A FUEL LINE FROM THE BOOTOM OF THE FUEL TANK TO THE INLET OF FUEL FILTER AND CAME OUT GREAT.

You state this fuel line is OK up to 250psi , and then state not suitable for high pressure ??? I need it for fuel feed from a 120psi pump to a 450hp LS1 engine , and people seem contradictory as to its suitability ?? please reply

Q:

Does anyone know if this tubing is safe to use for natural gas? I have an existing gas log set that is connected to a remote gas valve using aluminum tubing. Just need to move the gas valve over and as a result need to run new tubing to the log set. The existing tubing is 3/8 OD. I think this is the same, but would appreciate confirmation, if anyone knows. Thanks
