This universal 3-position headlight switch features Off, Park, and Headlight/tailight. Screw type terminals. 7/16" mounting hole.
Has a 15 amp per circuit rating at 12 volts.

will this work with a 1991 daihatsu cherade se 1.3 liter motor

This headlight switch, part number: 91064051, will work with 12-volt electrical systems and it would be up to the installer to determined fitment on a 1991 Daihatsu Cherade SE.

Do the park lights go off when the headlight switch is on with this model?

With this switch the park lights will stay on when the headlights are on.
