Mounts common Delco alternators below frost plug at left front corner (driver's side) of S/B Chevy using bolt holes next to timing cover. Works with Short ('55-'68) water pumps. Includes bracket, bolts and spacers.

Note: Watch for steering box clearance!

  1. Mounts alternator down beside oil pan, using early front motor mount holes.
  2. This bracket will NOT work with Speedway's T-bucket kits because the frames are too narrow.
  • 3 EA 3/8-16 x 3" USS COARSE SOCKET HEAD CAP SCREW
  • 3 EA 3/8-16 HEX NUTS
  • 3 EA 5/16 USS FLAT WASHER, THRU-HARD
  • 1 EA 5/16-18 x 1-1/4 USS COARSE SOCKET HEAD CAP SCREW
  • 2 EA SPACERS 3/8 I.D., 5/8" O.D. x 2" LONG

Fit nicely, Had a clean look
Cons:
Came bare had to prep
Best Uses:
Chevy in a 37 dodge lol, Were top mount isnt a opt
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

worked great on our 377 small block
