These TH-350 transmission kickdown kits have a stainless bracket that mounts on rear manifold bolts. Designed for 4 bbl. type carburetors on S/B Chevy engines. Kit includes extender for more versatility in adjusting cable length where needed.

Note: Cable housing cannot be cut to fit.

Q:

The mouting bracket in this kit appears to have the clearance needed to fit Edelbrock Performer intake manifolds. Would you be able to confirm that to be true? The stock GM bracket will not fit until a relief is cut into the bracket. Thank you.

I bought this kit some time ago. Do i need to drop the trans. pan to make the cable connection. The old cable in broken and when I pull on it there doesn't seem to be a way to hold the old cable and attach the new one. HELP
