These stainless steel braided power steering hose kits allow you to fit them to your application for a custom look.
This kit includes two 24" AN6 stainless steel braided hoses with 90° ends installed for 1982-88 T-Bird or late model Mustang racks. The pump ends include an easy to install banjo fitting that works with either Ford or GM pumps with 5/8" or 16mm threads and a custom clamp cover for the return hose. This kit is designed for drivers side pumps and may require hoses to be trimmed to length. Banjo fitting available separately.
NOTE: This
617-4835 hose kit will connect most 1984-88 T-Bird, 1979-93 Mustang and racks to the typical GM pump without buying any additional parts. It includes a banjo/bolt assembly for the pressure connection to the pump. The return line connects to the hose nipple on the back of the pump with a clamp. The included rack fittings in this kit are one 16mm and one 14mm.
The Manufacturer has stated that any cracks on the line inside the 90° end are purely cosmetic and will not affect the performance of the product. Speedway technical support agrees with this.
