This module is the "new design" used on recent Joe Hunt Distributors. It is a black square module, 1" x 1" x 1/2" thick, with two wires (red/black).
NOTE: This module MUST be used with a ballast resistor (91012557) to prevent this new style module (after 2006) from burning up.
