Explosion proof bellhousing for 1958 and later Chevy, Olds, Buick and Pontiac. Dual starter pockets, places starter either side of engine. Uses standard, cable or hydraulic linkage.
Complete assembly includes housing, block-plate, and hardware for bolting the block plate to the bellhousing. This complete bellhousing has the SFI sticker attached.
This part will fit 1962-1992 Chevy V8 and some Chevy V6 (1962-1992). Will fit Oldsmobile and Pontiac V8, and some V6 (1965-1992). And will fit Buick V8 and some V6 (1967-1980).
Fits all popular GM transmissions like Saginaw, Muncie, BW T-10, T-50 and T-5 with 17 degree rotated pattern.
