The u-joint #91048315 works for the front u-joint position on these drive shafts and with the front yokes shown here. Any of the three u-joints listed below will work on the back u-joint location based on rear axle requirement.

driveshaft tube measures from 2" outside diameter, depending on which shaft you choose
approximate wall thickness is 0.100" to 0.105"

Not dynamically balanced. Due to the short lengths and small diameter shaft tubing, imbalance is not normally an issue.
