If you want to get rid of your power steering and move the alternator up to the driver side head, this is the bracket for you. It allows you to retain your original F-body or Vortec Truck V8 alternator, balancer, A/C bracket and compressor.
These steel alternator brackets mount in the same location that the generator did, but allows you to run the common GM Delco style alternator. You should even be able to run the same belt length as the original.
