Mild Steel -3 AN Brake Line Kit

							                        

                                                        One part number gets you all the parts needed to hook a -3 AN style line to a GM caliper. Each kit includes 2 banjo bolts, 2 banjo fittings, and 5 washers. Why  settle for the anodized aluminum fittings offered by other companies?  We start with 3/16" stainless steel tubing of 304 grade (rated at 6000  psi) that is double annealed to allow easy flaring. Then, we offer a  variety of fittings made of 303 grade semi-polished stainless for the  most corrosion resistant line kit in the industry! Not all fittings are  polished, but with a little elbow grease you can have beautiful brake  lines.
Designed for conventional live axle rear suspensions. Includes a 20 foot coil of 3/16" stainless steel line, nineteen -3 AN tube nuts, nineteen -3 AN tube sleeves, two -3 AN bulkhead tees, six -3 AN to 1/8"NPT adapters, two 90° -3 AN to 1/8" NPT adapters, one -3 AN straight bulkhead fitting, two -3 AN to 1/8" NPT female thru-frame fittings with stainless jam nuts, three -3 AN 18" braided stainless lines, and three 3/8" bulkhead nuts.

NOTE: These kits are designed to use 37 degree  flares only. Do not attempt to use with standard inverted flare brake  connectors, which are 45 degree.

You know how frustrating it can be to try to use the OEM brake lines and hoses. Speedway makes it easy with this steel brake line kit that includes new lines and fittings to make your job easier. Use kit with 45 degree double inverted flares. 

This brake line kit includes a 25 foot roll of 3/16" mild steel brake line, four 18" stainless steel braided -3 AN brake hoses, four brake line mount tabs and clips, two 3/8"-24 inverted flare T-fittings, four 3/8"-24 IFF to -3 AN male adapters, six 3/8"-24 IFF to 1/8" NPT male bracket adapters, and twenty 3/8"-24 inverted flare nuts.

Note: Needed in addition to this kit will be the adapters to connect the master cylinder to 3/8"-24 inverted flare brake line and the fittings to connect your calipers (or wheel cylinders) to the -3 AN braided lines.

You will need these rubber coated fuel line tube clamps and brake line clamps to finish your plumbing job. These tube clamps are made from zinc plated steel, are easy to work with, durable, and corrosion resistant. Choose from a full range of sizes.

This is the best flaring tool for the money we have found. It has a ratcheting feed screw with a hardened flaring cone eccentrically mounted in needle bearings which produces a rolling action for even metal flow. This provides uniform wall thickness without galling. It will put a 37 degree flare in 3/16”, 1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, ½”, 5/8” and 3/4” tubing. We recommend this tool when flaring 3/16” stainless steel brake line.
