Is this e'brake compatible with the Lokar TH350 nostalgic floor shifter. Also I presume both these can be installed without dropping the tranny.

The Lokar trans mount emergency handle number 4917011 is designed to work in conjunction with the Lokar shifters. To complete the assembly you will also need the cable and hardware kit such as 49180TU which includes the bracketry for the handle to attach to the shifter along with the cable kit.
