If you are swapping a LS1 or LT1 into your hot rod, you will need these fuel line adapters from Russell Performance. They snap right onto your existing quick disconnect on the hard line and allow you to use AN6 fittings and hose. The 3/8" is for the fuel feed line and the 5/16" is for a return line if needed.

These slick inlet fittings have two AN6 ports built in to run your returns to. They screw into the AN8 inlet side of your fuel pump and allow either an AN10 or AN12 line to be used.
The cleanest way to plumb your multi carb set-up is to use banjo fittings. These 6061 T-6 aluminum fittings accept 3/8" I.D. hose and work on any carb with 1/2"-20 inlet threads. The Ford/Holley 94 carburetor will require spacers listed, which moves the banjo out to clear the carb body. Your Stromberg 97 style carb or Rochester 2G will not need the spacers.
