The front suspension is our time-tested transverse-leaf, spring-behind-axle setup with hairpin-style radius rods. If you use 24" tall front tires, you will have 4-1/4" of ground clearance.The rear leaf-sprung ladder barsuspension has three height adjustments, and a30" tire is recommended for the rear. The S/B Chevy engine and TH350 transmission mounts are raised so that theoil pan is even with the bottom of the frame rails. A hanging brake pedal is recommeded for this application.
