This fabricated aluminum fuel tank is built for our 1923 T-bucket kits with a 20" pick-up box. It features a 240-33 ohm sending unit, flush mount fill neck, and AN6 fuel pickup, vent and return ports. Designed to be mounted to the left side which leaves room for your battery. Has a 14 gallon capacity.
Flush-mount caps offer excellent aerodynamic performance, large fill opening and attractive appearance. These spun aluminum tanks have an unpolished, spun aluminum finish, 2-1/4" neck, and a 1/4" NPT female outlet. For all off-road vehicles. The screw-on vented cap and brackets are included and can be found in a false bottom of the packaging box.
This 16 gallon tank was designed to be bolted to the floor of a pick-up box, but we're sure you can figure out other applications. It measures 28" long, 10" deep and 16" tall. It accepts the common 240 ohm full - 33 ohm empty sending unit and the filler neck measures 1-1/2". Ports on this tank are 3/8" NPT for the pickup and 1/4" NPT for the vent.
These fuel tanks are hand formed from 304 grade stainless steel and are a direct replacement for your original. All fittings and flanges are also CNC turned 304 stainless steel to ensure a proper seal. The fuel injection tanks have a 450 horse power rated electric pump installed and have two 1/2" npt outlet fittings. Must be used with an aftermarket 5-bolt fuel level sending unit.

How deep is your tank?Measure the depth of your tank where the fuel sender arm will be located. Choose the sender with an operating range which includes that dimension.
This 11-gauge steel fuel tankincludes mounting tabs, vent tube, sender/pickup mount, fill tube and all mounting hardware. Tank has a 10.8 gallon capacity.
The fuel tank mount kit is fabricated from (4) 1/8" thick 4130 chromoly plate.

Just select the style that would best fit to the surface and choose the design of the gas door with the hinge mount on the left or right side. This has a fuel spout that is 2" OD to accept a 2" ID fuel hose of your choice. Fuel hose not included.
