Work for Americas Oldest Speed Shop providing industry leading customer service at our Parts Counter! Position works day-to-day operation of parts counter. Responsible for precise order taking, returns processing, efficient handling of customer requests and questions. Accurate invoicing and payment essential. Completes transactions on PC with Internal Inventory system. In less busy times duties shift to processing incoming customer phone calls. Position is integral in operation with Warehouse and Call Center personnel. High School diploma or equivalent required. Customer service background in fast paced environment preferred. Automotive counter sales experience necessary. Circle Track racing, Sprint/Street Rod Car knowledge a plus. Position is FULL TIME. Wages based on experience.

Warehouse Team Member - Lincoln, NE

PART TIME worker needed in our fast paced packaging department in the warehouse. Candidates must have a good range of motion and be able to lift 50 lbs. Forklift experience is preferred, but we will train. Attention to detail and accuracy are a must in our customer service driven environment. Must be 18 or older. Shift hours for position are evenings and the possibility of weekends.

Speedway Motors is seeking a Fiberglass Fabrication Team Member! This position will be in charge of the fiberglass operations of automotive parts, including gel-coat, chopper gun, rolling and trimming. Minimum requirements of a high school diploma or GED, 3-6 months of previous experience and basic mechanical skills with familiarity of hand tools. Must be able to communicate well and take detailed instructions given by supervisor. Other duties include general housekeeping and clean-up. First shift, Monday-Friday.

Title:
CAD (Computer Aided Design) Draftsman Intern
Department:
Engineering
JOB SUMMARY:
The CAD (Computer Aided Design) Draftsman will create drawings and models of components and parts to support research and development, engineering, and QC. The right candidate will prepare solid models and finished drawings of components and parts from specifications, prior layouts, well-defined sketches, models or verbal instructions sufficient for detailing various needs of the engineering department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Prepare and edit drawings from Engineer layouts using SolidWorks
• Make drawing revisions as required to meet current format requirements
• Input data as required to assist the implementation of PDM
• Improve standard product design to maximize efficiency in the plant
• Work with Engineering, Machine Shop and Quality Control to ensure products are designed uniformly and communicate any changes to Engineering department
• Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be proficient in Solid Works and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with 3D program and GDT highly desirable. An attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential.
• Strong Communication and Documentation Skills, an ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize their importance is a must.
• Familiarity with Auto racing industry a plus
