Must be a fast learner, have strong communication skills, an excellent attendance record and be able to provide industry leading customer service. Computer skills are needed with the ability to type 30 wpm minute and no less than 120 keystrokes per minute using 10-key. Previous customer service experience is required.

Job Duties Include: Write and/or coordinate the development of product copy/graphics that enhance customer shopping experience and maximize sales. Liaison with call center, merchandising, and marketing staff – and react to customer feedback. Update and proof to ensure content is error-free. Collaborate with marketing to coordinate development of content to support all site improvement initiatives that will attract new visitors, increase page views, enhance user experience, and contribute to sales/marketing/branding objectives. Experience/Skill Requirements: Meticulous attention to detail and be able to work independently, Effective verbal and written communication skills are required, Flexible, highly self motivated, and energetic, Extensive office software experience – word, desktop publishing, spreadsheets. Ideally, comfortable in both Mac and PC environment and Basic knowledge of HTML.
