Lever type tubing bender features a 10" handle that gives plenty of leverage to make smooth, professional, 5/8" radius bends in 3/16" stainless or mild steel brake line tubing.The graduated scale of the hard steel die permits accurate, repeatable bends time after time.
This 3/16" O.D. tubing is thick walled and is very easy to bend when using a lever-type tube bender. Each end has a 45 double flare with a 3/8"-24 male fitting. Seven different lengths available.
Our 3/16" stainless steel tubingis made from304 grade (rated at 6000 psi)which is double annealedto alloweasy flaring.

This is the best flaring tool for the money we have found. It has a ratcheting feed screwwith ahardened flaring coneeccentricallymounted inneedle bearings which produces a rolling action for even metal flow. This provides uniform wall thickness without galling.It will put a 37 degree flare in 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2 ", 5/8" and 3/4" tubing. We recommend this tool when flaring 3/16" stainless steel brake line.
