The wheels you mention have been used successfully on many street applications.
Keep in mind these wheels were intended for abusive, rough-and-tumble, racing conditions and as such they may not have the close-tolerance, precision construction of a high-dollar wheel intended for street use. Also, these wheels were engineered for use with the large (1” hex) lug nuts and wheel studs common to race cars. You may need to upgrade the hubs of your buggy to get a secure installation.
I recommend the installation of at least the ½” wheel studs (such as the 910-05915 and 910-03912 lug nuts), and preferably the 5/8” studs and lug nuts (perhaps 910-05957 and 910-03913).
