This parallel 4-bar kit is designed for our 1935-1940 Ford frame(916-57049),but it willalso work withaboxed original OEM frame. Rear brackets have 3 mounting holes for adjustable ride height. Our Deluxe Coil Spring kit includes a weld-on 25.5" Panhard bar, 2 coil springs (175 lb. rate, 14" tall, 4.5" O.D.), upper and lower spring mounts, two 32" steel radius rods with mounting brackets, and all hardware.

Rear Panhard bars are used to control the side-to-side movement of the rear axle. This is necessary when using a parallel 4-bar or hairpin radius rod rear suspension. This unit is threaded on one end for adjustment. It will require that one end be unbolted for length adjustment. Available in plain finish or polished Stainless Steel.

These rear coils are desgined to lower your truck, while still maintaining a proper spring rate to keep your suspension from bottoming out. They work great on six-cylinder and V8 trucks, but may not be suited for panels, Suburban or heavy duty towing applications.
