What are the dimensions of the under dash components? Will I be able to retain my cowl vent mechanism in my 1936 Ford?

:The evaporator which is the under the dash unit measures approximately 20” long, 8 ¼” wide, and 8 ¾” tall. This unit requires a space app.20" wide, 10" bottom-to-top, 81/4" back-to-front.

will this system work in a 1950's GM pickup ?

Part # 428100 These kits work in many hot rod applications including the 1949-54 Chevy and GMC pickups. The under dash unit measures 20” long by 8 ¼ wide and only 8 ¾” tall. Our website has listed dimensions and included items under the applications and Specs tab for your viewing.
